All of our kits are hand-assembled. While we take all precautions for perfection, we do realize that there can occasionally be missing or damaged products. If you receive a damaged kit, or are missing pieces, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the kit and we will promptly ship you the necessary products at no additional shipping costs to you.
If you are unsatisfied with a kit, you may return it completely intact with no signs of wear within 30 days for a credit card refund. All shipping and handling fees are non refundable and a 5% restock fee will be assessed.
