Shipping and Returns Policy

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS on every order. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly. If you update your shipping address on your account, it does not automatically update past orders. Please notify us of any shipping updates on pre-order items. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address input at checkout. You may incur an additional shipping fee if the items have to be resent.

Returns:

All of our kits are hand-assembled. While we take all precautions for perfection, we do realize that there can occasionally be missing or damaged products. If you receive a damaged kit, or are missing pieces, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the kit and we will promptly ship you the necessary products at no additional shipping costs to you.

If you are unsatisfied with a kit or purchased a product in error, you may return it completely intact with no signs of wear within 30 days AS LONG AS THAT PRODUCT IS STILL IN STOCK IN OUR ON-LINE STORE (purchaser to pay the return shipping fees). You must contact us prior to returning the product. The amount for the product will be gifted in the form of an electronic gift certificate/store credit. All shipping and fees charged on the sale (retail, Shopify, credit card) are non-refundable and a 5% restock fee will be assessed. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing. 

Shipping Policy:

The-Whole-Kit-N-Kaboodle ships via the United States Postal Service and UPS. Scrapbook page kits and supplies are primarily shipped from Indiana. Shipping costs are based on weight (including packaging) and shipping zone.

In stock products are typically shipped within 5-10 business days. Shipping time can be longer immediately following a new release due to the influx of orders. Please be sure to read the description of the product, as many items are pre-ordered and shipping in a later month. (*Business days are Monday-Friday.)

International orders will be charged actual shipping charges. International shipping rates include handling and insurance fees to guarantee quick and safe arrival of the order.

While the United States Postal Service is reliable, they will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates. We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
